Products & Services
Kaeser instrument air packages are engineered, built and tested as per internationally accepted standards (with minor deviations acceptable to all our customers) e.g.:
- Rotary screw compressors acc. API 619 5th edition; or
- Oil-free rotary screw compressors acc. ISO 10440-2:2001.
To achieve customers’ different requirement for dew point, we can offer
- Refrigeration air dryer (PDP ≤ +3 °C);
- Desiccant air dryer (PDP < -40 °C); or
- Membrane air dryer (PDP ≤ 25 K (or more) below ambient temperature).
Different types of pre- and after-filters are integrated in the packages to guarantee the desired compressed air quality.
Kaeser nitrogen generation packages using innovative and top efficient nitrogen generators can reduce customers’ cost significantly due to the high operating efficiency. Two types of nitrogen generations can be supplied to our customers:
- Membrane type (N2 purity up to 99%), and
- PSA type (N2 purity up to 99.99%).
