Mobile High-Pressure Power – Anywhere. Anytime. Powerful. Mobile. Tailored. The KAMAT diesel-driven high-pressure unit K45036A2-3G-DW478C offers maximum performance in a compact, containerized design. Engineered for remote industrial environments, it ensures reliable operation, easy service, and full compliance with global emission standards – all made in Germany.
KAMAT Quintuplex Plunger Pump K55000‑5G
The K55000‑5G is KAMAT’s high-end quintuplex plunger pump, engineered to deliver exceptional power and precision in energy and industrial applications. Driven by a 550 kW five-cylinder unit, it achieves up to 3,500 bar pressure and 1,913 L/min flow—all without booster.
Designed for tough environments, the five-cylinder configuration eliminates cavitation and delivers ultra-smooth discharge—ideal for large-scale jetting, pipeline cleaning, descaling, and mining operations. State-of-the-art gear systems are dynamically balanced, force-fed lubricated, and oil-cooled for continuous, reliable.
Industry-ready and compliant, the K55000‑5G aligns with API 674 standards and supports operation with challenging media (e.g., seawater, glycol, methanol, oils), plus ATEX configurations upon request.
KAMAT 3500 LV – High-Performance Rotating Nozzle
The KAMAT 3500 LV rotating nozzle is engineered for powerful and efficient surface cleaning at pressures up to 3,500 bar. Its robust, maintenance-friendly design enables consistent high-impact cleaning performance even under the harshest industrial conditions. Thanks to the ceramic bearing and precision-balanced rotation, it delivers optimal cleaning with minimal wear – ideal for tanks, walls, or pipelines.
High-Pressure Methanol Injection Units for Offshore Oil & Gas
KAMAT's methanol injection units are designed for high-performance operation in offshore oil & gas environments. Fully compliant with API674 and certified for ATEX Zone 1, the systems operate reliably at ambient temperatures up to 45 °C and fluid temperatures up to 80 °C. The corrosion-resistant construction uses Duplex and high-grade stainless steel, ideal for marine exposure. Each compact skid-mounted unit integrates a KAMAT high-pressure pump, precision gear reducer, 18 kW electric motor, and a suction flow stabilizer for cavitation-free, long-life performance.
Performance Highlights:
• Maximum pressure: 285 bar
• Flow range: 0.27 – 2.00 m³/h
• Control ratio: 1:8 – no oil-pressure lubrication required
• Compact design for space-constrained installations
